Refund policy

At TIB Aesthetics, we are committed to maintaining customer trust through a clear and transparent Replacement & Exchange (R&E) policy. Customers may request a replacement or exchange after receiving their order under the conditions listed below.

Conditions for Replacement & Exchange

  • A replacement or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Replacement or exchange will only be applicable if the customer receives a product that is *incorrect, damaged, or expired* due to an error during shipping.

Important Note

Refunds are not available under this policy. Only replacement or exchange requests will be considered.
